Pista Poori for a Happy Diwali 2011

I’ve decided to try some new recipe every Diwali. This time I tried this Pista Poori. It came out simply amazing! It tasted so yum.

Our new frier. I’m super impressed with the new Cool Daddy frier we got. It’s very useful and will prove to be more so for Janmashtami when the cheedai decide to hit the ceiling. It has a lid you can close when things might pop up, it’s safe.

And finally soaking shining Pista Poori …. mmmm!
